The advanced iron-level vias are for adventurers and experienced people. Longer routes, challenging and vertical steps, plummeted areas, zip lines... To satisfy the most demanding.

Total time aprox; 2.5 h (approach; 20 minutes. Return: 25min)
Driving time from Vielha: 5 minutes
Arties has one of the most fun and varied Via Ferrata in the Val d’aran. Despite its short distance, it deserves to be fully within the category of difficult routes, as it combines overhanging sections, 2 Tibetan bridges, 2 zip lines and even a unique aerial pendulum. In some sections the progression is done with natural rock holds as if we were real climbers.
2-Obarra’s Needles, Beranuy
Difficulty: K4 (out of 6)
Group Max.; 4 people
Total time aprox; 3.5 h (approximation; 10 minutes. Return: 25 + 20min)

This route begins in the Monasterio of Obarra, at the exit of the gorge. It is divided into 3 sections, with a progressively increasing difficulty. Throughout the tour we play sections that alternate the steps on natural rock, vertical and overhanging sections, 3 Tibetan bridges with a lot of ambience and ascent to the various needles that give name to the route. A very complete and ideal activity for vertical emotions world.
3-Pui of Unha, full. Unha
Difficulty: K4 (out of 6)
Group Máx.; 4 people
Total time aprox; 5h (approximation; 30 minutos. Return: 1h 15min)
Driving time from Vielha: 10 minutes
The Queen of the Ferratas of Val D’aran. If you want to complete all of the three sections of this via ferrata, we are talking about a very complete high mountain activity. After completing the first two sections with a good combination of fully equipped aerial steps, 3 Tibetan bridges, a spectacular hanging staircase and some overhanging slabs, we will face the 3rd and final stage. Here the progression is done through diedrals and slabs, where the steps are scarce and we must use the rock to progress. A long overhanging section, a hanging staircase and a long slab will take us to the end of the Via Ferrata, with spectacular views over Naut Aran, the National Park and even the Aneto.
